Quiet day one in Maine

My Mom took us on the river walk Thursday morning.  It was beautiful and green!

We kind of had to speed walk the river walk.  Oliver's nurse (my sister Lesley) needed to get home to her kids and Oliver needed some lunch.  We made good time, didn't get eaten by mosquitoes and saw the lovely view.

In February my Mom tore her rotator cuff while trying to clear some snow off her roof.  She had surgery in March and was still laid up when we were there.  So we spent some of our time helping my Mom get some chores done around the house.

Will, Wyatt and Lorien had the hottest job getting two new soffetts put into the attic.  Lorien got them painted to match the house.

Will and Wyatt took down the old TV antenna...it hasn't worked as long as my Mom has lived in the house.

We also had fun checking out the cool things around Grandma Claudia's house.  Here is a pile of wish bones.  "Wishing you were here!"
