One day before wrestling...

Will wrestles tomorrow!  He is excited and is really close to making weight.  This is the first tournament where Will has to weigh in the day of wrestling.  Normally, he gets to weigh in the night before his matches.  So he is trying to be really careful with his eating and working out so he can stay on weight and conserve energy for the matches.

We needed to do some laundry so we headed out into unknown parts of Tbilisi to try and find a laundry mat.  Our first stop was a bust so we started walking around.  We walked with a little group of school-aged kids.  They were looking back at us and laughing.  Finally, one brave girl said "hello".  we responded with a hello and asked how old they were.  They answered giggling that they were 9 and 10 years old.  I could tell they felt super brave for interacting with strangers who spoke a different language.  They reminded me of Adell.

We found a bakery where we bought up several little cakes to enjoy in celebration tomorrow night.

We found the address for another laundry mat and took a taxi there.  The taxi took us through car parts alley.  I'm pretty sure you could track down any and every part of a car here.  You could probably walk the length of the street and build your own car as you went with all the parts.

The laundry mat was open BUT only their washing machines worked, not the dryers!  So we washed our laundry and took it back to the hotel.  We draped everything over the sauna benches to dry.  It worked pretty well until the hotel workers caught on and told me I couldn't use the sauna after hours.  So I had to take the laundry up to our room to drape over stuff to dry.  Fun times!
