Starting the new year off right...

Will and I made some fitness committments for this year.  He is going to wrestle again at the Veterans level.  So he wants to lose some fat and gain some muscle.  I'm just trying to eat a more balanced diet and get some regular exercise in.  On the first day of the new year we took a hike in the hills with Adell.  It was gorgeous and green!

My sister in law sent me this picture of my niece, Kayla, who passed in May.  She is on the left.  So beautiful and such a ray of sunshine.  I love her so much!

Wyatt and I went to Six Flags to sort out he and Lorien's passes for the year.  We had time to ride one ride, Wyatt picked Wonderwoman.  They closed the ride for some quick restraint testing right before we were supposed to get on.  We stuck it out and were the first riders after the fix.  No worries, right?  It was awful.  I might have yelled out that Wyatt was the worst son ever...maybe?  I was sick...it was still fun.  Woof, I'm old.
