Dates with Dad...

Will was busy being "Father of the year" this weekend.  He took each of the kids out on a fun date.  Friday night he took Clare and Lorien to the elementary school Daddy-Daughter dance.  The theme was 50's sock hop so I made the girls circle-skirts.  After the dance, Will took the big girls to the candy store to pick out a treat.




Saturday morning, Will took Adell to the park and out for ice cream.  Will was going to take Adell to the candy store too but they got a flat tire...  When I came to the rescue, Adell was having fun digging in the dirt beside the car.  I asked her about her date she only had positive things to say.  Obviously, a flat tire was only a big deal to her parents.  Adell was just fine.


Finally, Saturday night Will took Wyatt and a friend to the Monster Truck rally.  I guess it was cool--and probably really loud.  Wyatt only said "It was fun." when I asked how it was.
